Return & Refund Policy

Our No Questions asked return policy is a 15 day money back guarantee.

 

We stand by our products and the representation online either by description or by our photos.

 

If there is any problem with the item, simply return it in its original packing with any original documents such as certifications. We will examine the items for signs of abuse or misuse which include but are not limited to scratches, abrasions, chips, etc.

 

If the returned item is in saleable original condition we will refund all original payment funds* back to you (the customer) in the same fashion as the original payment. *Expedited shipping charges and insurance fees will not be refunded nor any return insurance fees.

Please ship return items by a method that can be tracked and is properly insured as we are not responsible for lost return items or items that were not delivered to us. Lost items must be claimed through the carrier or carrier's insurance.
